We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping policy

We Ship out all our orders with DHL ( Deutscher Post ). On average we ship out any Orders the next working day. Customers within Germany should receive their Order in about 2-3 working days.
