We Ship out all our orders with DHL ( Deutscher Post ). On average we ship out any Orders the next working day. Customers within Germany should receive their Order in about 2-3 working days.

Any shipment outside of Germany will take longer.

You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it. The 14-day period begins on the day the item is delivered to you. All returns must be in their original condition, and no restocking fee will be charged.
